I have an appointment with my gynecologies on thursday afternoon. I am supposed to see my boyfriend wednesday night which usually involves a steamy session of sex. Should this be ok or do I need to cancel/postpone?

    Well,it really depends on what type of examination your doctor would do.If your doc is going to do a papsmear you might want to consider something called condom.

    maybe you and your man can think of something other than intercourse… If you cant see your guy without screwing him then maybe you need to take a look at your relationship not your gynocology appointment. If you are having any kind of Std test or papsmear performed then as a general precaution avoid sexual intercourse for 24 hours before the test…

    While your gyn knows you are sexually active ,i don’t think it would be appropriate to have sex the night before you see them.
