I just want to know what the laws are in Germany regarding the registration of sex offenders. Also, what if an offender registered in the US wants to move to Germany. What are the laws with regards to that matter.

    If you live in the US and want to move to Germany you have to notify your Probation Officer first. Then he will advise you how to proceed in Germany.
