If you have any type of sex with a HIV positive person YOU have a excellent chance of contacting it also. Using condoms will not be 100% effective!!!!!!!!

your friend’s right. giving fellatio is consdered a moderately high risk behavior for contracting HIV. just use a condom–they have all different flavors, and then there’s no worry over spit or swallow.

Oral sex,,is safer sex with a condom few men will want to receive it this way,,it can be done bare ’safer’ if you dont take semen into your mouth and you are sure you have no distress in you mouth (canker sores,flossing,cuts)
HIV isnt the only concern with unprotected oral,,herpes (an equally permanent disease) can be contracted genital to mouth, then mouth to whomever/however you pass it on to
No sexual act that involves fluids is 100% fool proof but with safer practices you increase the protection rate- however oral sex is still safer than unprotected intercourse.
