Is it only if you swallow the semen? Or can you get it anyways, even if your partner is clean?
My partner has never come into contact with anyone else, sexually, before me. We’re both virgins to oral sex, and sex in general.

Um…if you’re sure your partner is clean and has no STDs, then obviously they can’t spread something they don’t have in the first place. But if they are infected, then yes, there are some STDs that can be transmitted through oral sex.

If your partner is clean — do you mean like, wash clean or medical clean bill of health?
Swallowing had nothing to do with catching a STD. Putting your mouth on something harboring the STD is what transmits it.
Use a condom . . . even for that. Sounds weird — but what sounds better? HIV? Hepatitis?

There are some STDs that can trasmit through oral sex and especially if you have a cut or sore in your mouth.
If someone does not have an STD (you cannot tell by looking, but if they have not had sexual contact, its most likely they are clean), you are not going to magically create one.
