I would go for the nipple first as lady bits piercings take a while to heal so you won’t be having any sex at all.
I would also suggest the tongue (if you haven’t already).

don’t listen to anyone but me. seriously. i have my junk pierced and it’s the best ever. you’ll be tender for a few days, but it heals FAST. Not to mention, the vagina is not a clean part of a woman’s body anyway so you don’t have to wait to have sex at all. that is a common misconception with a hood piercing. had mine for 5 years and still love it!
