    there is a vaginal rejuvination surgery that can be performed to reconstruct the muscles and the skin (you tell them how tight and they will do it)…the down side is that it costs alot….the cheap alternative is going to an adult store and getting a cream called “Tighten-her”

    excercise, remember the mentioned in pre natal classes? anyway exercise will tighten up the lips nothing else. good luck
