There are several reasons you might have a ‘pimple’ there; almost all of them are benign, but it’s clearly bothering you.
There’s no point in asking for medical advice here; no-one here can give you a diagnosis, so GO AND SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

Talk to your mom about it. I know it may be embarrassing to talk about but you should see if she can take you to a doctor. It’s probably nothing too serious to worry about you should at least get it checked. Hope things go well!
