what are the utility of having a larger penis? think about that first,

may be the woman will have more interest in having sex with a man with larger penis.

if that is evolution-wise correct, then the species with larger penis will be chosen by nature.

but i do not think that is true always.

or may be larger penis is needed for spewing the semen deep inside the vagina ( for comparatively infertile woman)

Research is needed, however, i do not agree with you on the statistics you given.

and another thing, i am an Asian man and i have a big one.

Actually, scientific studies of a vast geographical sample of different races and ethnicities have proven that the largest penises, on average, are possessed by American Indians.

However, the longest average staying power is held by Afro-Americans.

I believe you have your information a bit askew! There really is no test because researchers are still working on that one. They are finding that genetics play a roll in the size or girth of a mans anatomy. This does not apply to the mans race, creed, or color! You really need to stop listening to the myth and start researching the facts. There are plenty of sites you can go to that explain this!
