The question that every man would like to have the answer to. There is no “real way’ of improving the size of your penis. We all have what we are meant to have.

To be honest with you, there is nothing you can do to gain penis size permenantely. Many of the pills you see on the market do nothing but cause a temporary influx of blood to the organ, causing it to swell and look larger for a short time period.

The only way is to make your erections stronger. The actual length doesn’t change, it just reaches its maximum easier.

There is nothing to gain length or width. The best thing you can do is remove the pubes around the base and then it will appear bigger.

I have gained almost an inch of length so far by using an extender device. This is a permanent gain in size.
Everyone may tell you that it’s not possible, but I assure you that it is. I own one, use it, & are quite happy with the results so far. It’s possible to add up to 30% more size.
