my gay friends, who were the ‘receivers’ had really really small penises for some reason, (hey used to dress up infront of me) also a friend of mine who started from bisexual and ended up 100% gay and a receiver told me that his penis doesn’t even get a hardon and it looks like it has had atrophy, but he can ejaculate normally since the prostate is being pushed and stuff like that. But he can’t ejaculate unless he’s being penetrated.

What they discovered was that gay men tend to “play around” for a longer period of time before going for the “grande finale.” What they found was that this prolonged time of heightened excitement actually increased the penile blood volume, which means that the penis of a gay man would become larger.
Other than that, there is no difference.
As for your question about a “medical cause” of gayness, no, doctors don’t “cause” gayness with any kind of treatment. However, I suspect that you intend to ask if there is any physiological basis for homosexuality. The answer is YES. There is strong evidence from numerous studies that the etiology of homosexuality occurs prenatally (before birth). This could be because of any number or factors, such as genetics, hormone changes in the womb environment, etc.
Oh, and by the way, gay men are “normal” too. The difference between gay and straight men should be indicated in that way - gay and straight (or) homosexual and heterosexual NOT normal and abnormal.

Um. “Normal Men” don’t exist, and nor do “gays.” People should not be put in classification. JUST because gay guys like other guys doesn’t mean they’re creepy. Think of it this way, can a guy be friend’s with a girl? YES. So a homosexual and heterosexual can also be friends.
