Pull it back and measure to the base in front.
Some guys “cheat” and measure to the base in back, which adds another inch.

Don’t do anything with the skin. When good and erect, just lay a ruler on the top of your penis and measure the distance from your abdomen (base of penis) to the end of your penis.

depends on whose measuring, some people push in till the ruler is against the bone so they can say it’s bigger
i would think measuring from where the skin naturally sits at the base to the tip when the penis is straight out would give the best measurement

here is the official way. you are supposed to stand up while measuring. then pull your erection as close to parallel to the floor as it will go, without breaking it of course ;). next, place a ruler on top of the erect penis and measure from the base where the abdomen is up to and including the tip. take these measurements several times throughout the day as size will vary as the day goes on and will also vary with level of excitement. add up all the measurements for the day and divide that number by the number of measurements taken that day so that you can average out your measurements. and that, is how big you are. note, you should not be pulling back any skin.

Go from resting against the pubic bone (where you penis meets your body) out to the tip from the topside, not underneath or side or anything else. Erect of course, in it’s natural position.

just put the ruler to the side of your penis, keep the ruler as straight as possible. If it has a curve I would measure along the straightest and longest part.
