Arm hair, or armpit hair? There is a difference. I was right about right on track with what you are now. I am 15 now and have a 6″ penis, so I wouldn’t worry too much if I were you. I did, and still sort of do, but who cares? I know plenty of girls who aren’t shallow enough to care about penis size anyway. Dont sweat it

Boys start to grow larger at all different ages. A lot of twelve-year-olds are in the same situation you are.
Twelve year olds are discouraged from participating in this forum because there are all sorts here, and some will give you bad advice because they think it’s funny to take advantage of young kids. I’m sure your father or another male adult who takes care of you would be glad to discuss this issue with you. You could trust this person more, and it would be a good chance to bond with someone who cares about you. Don’t be afraid to go to him with personal questions.

Don’t worry, it’ll grow soon. Have you had an erection yet? Penises tend to get larger during an erection.
